• BROW, LASH, makeup , body wax TREATMENTS
• Rescheduling of ombré signature , keratin Lash Lift, keratin Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions, makeup and body wax treatment must be made

MINIMUM 24 HOURS PRIOR

CANCELLATION FEE: Failure to provide this notice will result in loss of your 50% deposit.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• DEPOSITS 
• To secure your booking, we charge NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon. For all online bookings, you are required to pay a 50% deposit. 
• IMPORTANT 
• As a valued client of Ombré beauty salon  we reserve the appointments especially for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend. We are more than happy to accommodate your request within our policy time frame. 
• If you are unwell with COVID-19, to avoid a full cancellation fee or loss of deposit, you will be required to display your positive COVID-19 test result at the time of cancelling your appointment.
• NO SHOWS
• Failure to show at your appointment or inform beauty salon of a cancellation will result in a loss of deposit.
